The cargo are carefully inspected before shipping. We ship both in Italy and Europe. The products are typically packaged in octabins, big bags, or bags on pallets.
Ground and granulated polymers
Novapolymer deals with both ground and granulated polymers. Ground polymers are obtained by crushing solid plastic materials into smaller particles, derived from industrial waste. This form is appreciated for its sustainability and reduced cost, finding use in numerous recycling and compound production applications. Granulated polymers are small cylindrical or spherical pellets produced through polymerization and extrusion, characterized by uniform quality and ease of handling. These granules are ideal for injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding processes and are used in the manufacture of high-quality components for industries such as automotive, electronics, and consumer goods.
Optical color separation
Novapolymer uses the latest model of polymer color separation machine, the CG.P Meyer model. This state-of-the-art machine selects and purifies various plastic polymers, with customized ultra-high-definition cameras. Thanks to the three-dimensional reconstruction of material information, color selection is carried out with very high precision.
Novapolymer is part of the Novabi group, a company specializing in the collection of post-production and post-consumer waste with a regular license for storage and transport of materials. When requested by the customer, Novabi is also authorized for the brokerage of recoverable waste (registration number: MI86337)
